We specialize in Strata Management and Rental Property Management. We have six licenced property managers and we are members of the British Columbia Real Estate Association, the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, the Strata Property Agents of British Columbia and the Professional Association of Managing Agents. We carry Errors and Omissions insurance and are also insured through the British Columbia Real Estate Association compensation fund.

We carry E&O insurance through the British Columbia Real Estate Association. Rob Kelly, MBA, B.A.Sc., is the principal of Ardent and is licensed as a Strata Management and Rental Property, Trading Services Representative, and Managing Broker. Rob has been providing strata agency and residential property management services since 1991. Rob Kelly is the sole director of Ardent Properties Inc. Donna McNeill, full time Strata Manager and has been working in the Strata Management field since 1994. Elva Dieno, Strata Manager, with over five years experience on Vancouver Island and in the lower mainland. Chris Theuerkorn, BS, Strata Assistant, Chris has strong international work experience having worked in Chicago, Seattle, Japan and she holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Chris is presently enrolled in the Strata Management Course. Jeff Merry, Accountant. Jeff is a PACE level CGA student with five years of public accounting experience. Xiao Ying (Lucia) Lui, Accounting assistant. Lucia is fluent in english and mandarin and has a masters degree in Science and Technology from the University of Beijing. Beth Kauwell, Rental Property Manager, licenced with several years experience owning multifamily buildings. Margaret Graham, BSc, Rental Property Manager, licenced with several years experience owning rental properties and a successful retail franchise.
